- 50ml Plymouth Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 2 bar spoons caster sugar
- 1 lemon wedge, plus an extra lemon wedge, to garnish
- Fever-Tree Soda Water, to top up
- Fabbri Amarena cherry, to garnish
In a cocktail shaker, shake all the ingredients, except the soda water, with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled highball filled with ice cubes. Top up with the soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge and the cherry.
